Generate our own briar link

To start implementing BRP (#3), we need to generate a pair of private and public X25519 keys and transform the latter into a briar link, so that we can start the Diffie-Hellman process of BRP. We might want to use this crate for it: https://crates.io/crates/x25519-dalek

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
