Debian package should depend on at-spi2-core

thanks a lot for reporting this issue. Briar GTK is about to get deprecated, as we're currently working on a new desktop client. Read more about why we decided to ditch GTK in this issue.

Therefore I think this issue won't ever be fixed. Sorry about that!
