Add RSS feed to briarproject.org/news

It would be nice to be able to receive news from briarproject.org via briar itself using the RSS component. :)

I was not able to find a feed on your website. Could you add one?

Nice idea :) Maybe we could pipe twitter messages to rss as well (or use something like https://twitrss.me/)

This depends on https://code.briarproject.org/akwizgran/website/issues/1 but there's already an ugly RSS feed for Twitter: https://grobox.de/briar/feed.xml
