Try not to show languages with unsupported scripts

The language selector should try to exclude languages with scripts that aren't supported by the device.

We still want to offer languages that aren't supported by the device, as long as the script is supported (e.g. Occitan, Asturian).

One possibility would be to have a list of exceptions, containing languages with scripts that are likely to be supported on all devices. Only languages that are supported by the device or included in the list of exceptions should be shown in the language selector.
