Use same layout for message composition as Telegram and WhatsApp
One of the outcomes of the Sponsor 6 user survey that ran in the summer of 2021 is the user's request: "The placement of emoji and adding an image needs to be swapped. People on Telegram and WhatsApp are used to it."
