Explain why adding a contact failed

A user asked to be shown the reason for a connection failing when adding a contact (e.g. timeout, Bluetooth disabled, wrong invitation code).

We can't distinguish a timeout from a wrong invitation code (entering the wrong code will cause a timeout), but we may be able to distinguish some other reasons, e.g. Bluetooth discoverability timing out.
