Update introduction client to include a self-destruct timer in each message

akwizgran requested to merge 1829-self-destruct-timer-introductions into 804-self-destructing-messages

This branch adds auto-delete timers to the REQUEST, ACCEPT and DECLINE messages of the introduction protocol.
