Remove BridgeTest from release pipeline

akwizgran requested to merge remove-bridge-test-from-release-pipeline into master

To avoid blocking the release pipeline with BridgeTest (which can take a couple of hours to run, and may fail due to factors beyond our control), we should check the previous 7 days of scheduled pipelines and replace any failing bridges before tagging releases.
