WIP: Disable Bluetooth polling during contact exchange
@grote and me are having real issues adding any new contacts, now that our contact list is somewhere >10. I have no real proof that this solves it (yet) but the first attempts did work without failure (whereas at least every second attempt fails on master for me, rather more even). I opened this so we can discuss any pros and cons. In general, it seems a good idea to do this anyway.
