Use lighter text colour for preference categories and fix layout

This branch uses a lighter text colour for the preference category headings in the settings screen, which makes the headings more distinct from the individual settings, and fixes the layout margins, which were causing the headings to sit closer to the settings in the category above than to their own settings.
