The `KeyAgreementActivity` is abstract and only implemented by `ContactExchangeActivity`. See if both can be merged and more logic moved into `ContactExchangeViewModel`. `KeyAgreementFragment` is doing lots of work and interactions with briar-core. This should also be moved into the ViewModel. Subtask of #1823.
