Latest version in F-Droid main repo is 1.2.10

The F-Droid main repo hasn't picked up any of our releases since 1.1.6 in March.

The F-Droid build server couldn't reproduce the 1.2.9 release.

F-Droid couldn't parse the version numbers in the 1.2.11 - 1.2.13 releases.

F-Droid failed to reproduce the 1.2.16 build due to differences in the Tor and obfs4proxy binaries.
