Setup Wizard

We need a setup wizard to configure all the necessary things:

Doze Mode exception (Ask the user to whitelist us from doze mode)
Vendor Powermanager exception (e.g. Huawei, Sony, Samsung)
Transport configuration (which transports should be used by the repeater, e.g. tor, lan, bluetooth)
Sync groups?

Pairing the repeater (#1) with the users' device could be part of the setup or a separate step.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
