Update translations from Transifex, add Catalan (ca)

Catalan is currently around 60% translated. We should decide if we want to include it already or increase the inclusion threshold as per #320. Several other languages that are already included have also between 50 and 60% (e.g., Hebrew, Dutch and Korean).
