Password strength meter with better color contrast

Part of #343, see #343 (comment 67083)

I've:

• increased the height
• added a border
• switched to use three colors defined in the Briar styleguide

Passwords are accepted with "strengthness" above 50%, i.e., as soon as the color changes to orange.
