Common UI for ContactListItemView and ForumItemView

As discussed, I've used the horizontal alignment from the contact list to align it with the search bar, and the vertical alignment of the profile/group circles from the forum list. I've also adapted the horizontal divider to start below the text only, as recommended in Material design.
