Remove broken run configurations

Mikolai Gütschow requested to merge broken-jpackage-run-configurations into main

Encountered while trying to compile the project on macOS. Those run configurations point to gradle tasks of the compose plugin/jpackage. Instead of removing them, we could change them to the pinPit variants, but since at least I am never using those from IntelliJ, I thought removing would be easier.
