Send and react to specific event when forum invitation is sent

Mikolai Gütschow requested to merge 472-group-invitation-event into main

As discussed in yesterday's meeting, this is to be considered a quick and dirty fix for the current release, in the long term it would be better to have events broadcasted in Briar core for every locally added message.
