Blog Sharing support

Mikolai Gütschow requested to merge 535-share-blogs into main

The first commit contains some minor fixes to the build environment.

The second one implements the blog sharing feature. Thanks to the reusable code from private groups, it was quite easy to get blog sharing implemented, too. (Also, now we adhere to the rule of three, after all!).
