Display real profile pictures

Sebastian requested to merge 88-real-profile-images into main

In contact list and conversation screen's header, display real profile image loaded for each contact.

Add TestAvatarCreator implementation that adds random avatar images for testing contacts.

WIP because based on !51 (merged)
