Create own Flatpak repository

Before publishing to Flathub.org (#37), alpha releases should be published in our own repo. This can happen at flatpak.dorfbrunnen.eu, but also under Briar's domain.

Note that Flathub.org serves non-free software, so we might want to keep our own repo even after releasing Briar there.
