Launcher icon not working on API 16

The PNG versions are not checked into git any longer, as they seem to be generated at build time.

The notification icon is there, but the launcher icon is the dummy Android icon.

Either we need to re-add the generated PNGs or configure something so that the launcher icon is generated in a way that this works reliably.
