Float images to the left for RTL languages

akwizgran requested to merge float-images-left-for-rtl-languages into master

This branch makes a small tweak to the layout of the manual, floating images to the left rather than the right for RTL languages so the text aligns with the edge of the page in both LTR and RTL layouts.
