Build fails with verification error when following instructions on website

A user reported that the Android Studio build failed with "an error about dependencies, we think it is because of the checksum" when following the build instructions on the website.

Sounds like it could be related to recent changes in the way jtorctl and the Tor binaries are downloaded and verified.
