Building headless platform jars should depend on jar task

I think the tasks created using jarFactory such as x86LinuxJar and windowsJar should depend on the jar task.

Otherwise, if not building the jars using an additional clean target (e.g. ./gradlew clean windowsJar), it will use a potentially outdated jar for producing the platform jar.
