Store time of last attempted and successful connections to own mailbox

This branch stores the time of the last attempted and successful connections to our own mailbox, and the number of attempts since the last success. This information will be used by the mailbox status UI. The number of attempts since the last success can be used for deciding whether to show the "mailbox unreachable" warning.
