Change app name for beta debug builds

akwizgran requested to merge briar-beta-app-name into maintenance-0.16

The package name will shortly be changed on the master branch, making it possible to install debug builds from the beta and master branches alongside each other. This MR changes the app name on the beta branch to avoid confusion.
