Material design settings

Closes #206 (closed).

Currently leverages an external library (that depends on preference-v7) for RingtonePreference as well as better MD theming. This is up for debate (although the alternative is to basically copy in code from that library), and the interaction with the bug @grote mentioned in !52 (merged) is yet to be determined.
