Create Screenshot of Conversation for Manual

Torsten Grote requested to merge manual-screenshots into master

This also adds new methods to the TestDataCreator that allow us to create customized and non-random data for screenshots.

It splits up the screenshot tests into their own flavor and does data creation initially, so that all tests can run within one app lifecycle.

An espresso test is added that produces this screenshot (now the one on the right side):
