This branch adds support for building snowflake, making the separate snowflake-reproducer unnecessary. The most recent obfs4proxy and snowflake artifacts can be reproduced using this branch.

Once this is merged I'll simplify the layout of the artifacts, similar to tor-reproducer!23 (merged) .
