Build Lyrebird 0.5.0-3 with certificate pinning patch

This branch builds a local fork of Lyrebird 0.5.0 with a patch to let devices running Android < 7.1.1 validate Let's Encrypt TLS certs.

The patch is a spicy melange of two upstream patches, the first of which was shelved because it doesn't work without the second.

Hopefully a version of this will be included in the next Lyrebird release and we'll be able to retire our fork.
