Missing permissions to push default branch

@akwizgran Seems like I'm not allowed to make an initial push here because I just have the role of a developer:

Could you either

1. make me maintainer or
2. push a copy of my fork of briar-wrapper to this project

?

Edit: I've changed the second option from Briar GTK to my fork of briar-wrapper as a source to push from.
