This branch adds a code of conduct based on the Contributor Covenant v2 (https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/0/code_of_conduct/) and a governance document based on the Self-Appointed Board template from CommunityRule (https://communityrule.info/templates/self-appointed-board/).
