This is different from the previous behavior
where we only check if it is not detached.

Also change the logo to a logout icon

This is done via another preference in the settings screen
and an action button attached to the notification itself

This also changes the way bridges are used.
Instead of using the torrc config file,
bridges are now activated via Tor's control port.
